This custom 40 x 50 exhibit rental was produced for LIDS at the Fanatics Fanfest in New York City from June 17 to 20. Ultimate, implementing the client’s design, produced all display elements for this retail-focused exhibit space in our Toronto facility. SEG printed fabric and frames, while our hybrid millwork printed fabric column frames and vacuum-formed cabinetry were utilized. Topped off with classy hanging signs featuring halo-lit LIDS logos.

Ultimate also managed the round-trip transportation, logistics, and consulted on installation and dismantle services. This was another successful large-scale tradeshow exhibit for 2025.
