Ultimate Co. managed the packaging, distribution, logistics, installation and project reporting for this inter-provincial retail graphics program.

Our warehousing and project management team sorted Over 4000 vinyl banners by language (French and English), brand, store, location, and province. The store kits were sent to our installation teams in Ontario and in Quebec. Over a three-month period, our teams executed the installation of this branding program visiting more than 220 store locations. This turnkey program required a store manager sign off sheet and completion photos for every location. Our installers provided this information to our project management team using real time reporting tools and our enterprise server to share the information with our client.
